1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
1.1 Damaged Products
A product is eligible for return only if it arrives damaged and we cannot offer an exchange for the damaged product.
Exchanges are prioritized for damaged products. Returns will only be considered if an exchange is not possible.
1.2 Non-Damaged Products
Returns or exchanges are not available for products that are not damaged.
1.3 Unboxing Video Requirement
To process a return or exchange request, the customer must provide a clear, unedited video recording of the package being unboxed. The video must:
Begin with the sealed package showing the shipping label.
Show the unsealing of the package.
Clearly display the condition of the product and any damage incurred during transit.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
2. Steps to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product via support@@brandoffice.in with the subject line “Return/Exchange Order No. #<YourOrderNumber>”.
Provide the following details:
Order number.
Description of the issue.
Attach the unboxing video as proof of damage.
Our team will review the video and details provided to verify the claim.
If approved, we will:
Offer an exchange for the same product, if available.
Initiate a return process if an exchange is not possible.
Product will be dispatched within 72 hours.
3. Terms and Conditions
The unboxing video must clearly demonstrate that the product was damaged during transit and that the package was not tampered with prior to unboxing.
The request for return or exchange must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Any damage caused due to improper handling by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Once the refund request is approved. The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 Business Days to the original mode of payment.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon by Brand Office.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or personalized items.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Items that show signs of use or wear.
